Hardware leaker, YuuKi_AnS, has recently shifted their focus from Team Blue to AMD's upcoming server-grade processors. According to their leak, AMD is expected to release a Zen 6 core-based 9006 EPYC CPU series, codenamed "Venice," within the next two to three years. This information was obtained from an unnamed server manufacturer's product roadmap. The leaked slide also reveals that Intel's "Falcon Shore" and NVIDIA's "Blackwell" GPU technologies will be used in future equipment.

Previous insider information suggested that AMD is internally referring to Zen 6 architecture as "Weisshorn" and it will be used in the Venice CPUs. These CPUs are rumored to be part of the EPYC lineup in 2025/2026. YuuKi_AnS suggests that the Venice CPUs will support either 12-channel or 16-channel DDR5 memory configurations, providing high bandwidth for hundreds of Zen cores. This makes them suitable for cloud, enterprise, and HPC workloads. Industry experts believe that single packages could potentially have 384-core counts. According to AMD's timeline, Zen 5 "Nirvana" will be released before Zen 6 "Morpheus." The EPYC 9005 "Turin(-X)" and 8005 "Turin-Dense" lineups are expected to launch around 2024 on SP5 (LGA-6096) and SP6 (LGA 4094) sockets.
