On August 26, AMD's Radeon add-in board (AIB) partners are likely to announce their custom-design Radeon RX 7800 series and RX 7700 series graphics cards. Currently, Gamescom 2023 is taking place, and ASRock's booth at the expo features three intriguing placeholders on the wall, indicating the arrival of new RDNA3 graphics cards on August 26. ASRock specializes in creating custom-design graphics cards for both AMD Radeon and Intel Arc.

AMD is anticipated to unveil its new performance-segment GPUs a day earlier on August 25, during an exclusive Radeon RX event led by Scott Herkelman and Frank Azor. This event is expected to include announcements about the desktop RX 7800 series and RX 7700 series. However, it wouldn't be surprising if there are also some announcements regarding high-end RX 7000-series mobile GPUs, which are based on the same compacted "Navi 31" ASIC that powers the desktop RX 7900 GRE.
