Thermalright has announced the launch of its latest high-performance air CPU cooler, the Phantom Spirit 120 Digital. This premium cooler is available in two distinct versions: the Phantom Spirit 120 Digital SNOW, featuring a sleek white finish, and the Phantom Spirit 120 Digital EVO, presented in classic black. Both models are engineered to deliver exceptional cooling for demanding systems, supporting a thermal design power (TDP) of up to 275W.
Broad Compatibility and Advanced Cooling Design
The Phantom Spirit 120 Digital is designed for wide compatibility, supporting Intel LGA115X, LGA1200, LGA1700, and LGA1851 sockets, as well as AMD AM4 and AM5 platforms. At the core of its cooling performance is a dual fin-stack heatsink structure, utilizing seven 6 mm-thick nickel-plated copper heatpipes. These heatpipes make indirect contact with the CPU via a nickel-plated C1100 pure copper base, efficiently transferring heat through two robust aluminum fin stacks.
Innovative ARGB Digital Top Cover
One of the standout features of the Phantom Spirit 120 Digital is its magnetically attached ARGB digital top cover.
